Dear Diego,

When we left Innisfil 4 years ago we thought we wouldn't miss it. We were wrong. So started our trek back to Innisfil. The first homes we saw back in Innisfil were yours and they were the last. We came on a Friday, Spring day to see the models but they were closed. But a fine young gentlemen names Claudio said he could help us. He opened up all the models for us and let us go through them. We were so impressed with all the styles, it was easy to get excited. After talking to Claudio we bought the Venice because it was almost completed and we wanted to move quickly. The home was perfect for us - the style, the lot, the location. Then Nisio can into the picture and helped us with the paperwork - he was great as well and very understanding. Mirna was great with all her paperwork as well and Lea for being so patient. So far Craig has helped us out as well with all the other minor repairs. We are enjoying our home very much and we'd like to thank you for the great team you have put together.

Thank you. Two words often overlooked and underused. They can mean a lot to the recipients but are never said when they should be. Oxana and I have been in our new home now for a little under a month and can't begin to tell you how much we enjoy living in it. Being our first new home we weren't quite sure what to expect. What we didn't expect was the level of professionalism we received both with the construction of the house and from the personal service. Every step of the way we were reassured and taken care of. From what I've heard and know, this is not the case with most builders. So here they are, the Thank You's you all deserve:

Mirna: Thank You for being there when we needed you the most. Your honesty and attention to detail were impeccable. We will never forget you.

Cassie: Thank You for being there that cold Sunday November night. Such a simple task that meant so much to us.

Claudio and Nisio: Thank You for everything. From building the home to helping us when we needed it the most. Having your men move our furniture was above and beyond the call of duty. For this we are eternally grateful. My back especially!!

Craig: Thank You for taking care of us once the house was done. We feel extremely confident knowing you are handling what's left to do.

Lia: Thank You for just being there. Although we did not spend much time with you, when we did, you made us feel like we were the only people buying a house. A feeling everybody wants to have.

To All the Workers: Thank You for doing such a wonderful job on our house. We will enjoy it for years to come.

To Whom It May Concern

I just thought I would take some time to write this letter to show my gratitude towards Mirna. Mirna was extremely helpful when it came to trying to purchase our new home. My husband & I are first time home buyers& we were nervous at taking this next big step in our lives. Mirna went over and above her call of duty, not only did she speak to our Personal Banker on our behalf, but she also contacted us on her days off. She also went as far as to provide us with her home telephone number as well as her cellular number. My in-laws recently purchased a home & although it was not their first time, they had quite a difficult time through the builders, as well as the sales representative. From the moment we walked into the model home, she showed us a genuine smile & was always available to answer all and any questions we had. We came back to the site about 4 times before finalizing our decision & with Mirna's assistance we came to the conclusion that Previn Court Homes was what we wanted from the get go. Once we purchased the home, Mirna went on and on about Previn Court Homes & how reputable they are as a family and company. She also made it clear to us what was an upgrade and what was not, she also made it clear that some of the standard features are upgrades through other Home Builders and with that my husband and I did our research & sure enough, Mirna did not exaggerate once. We are now in the process of picking our colours and with the wide selection that is provided, she has already begun the process of assisting us. She makes each conversation a personal one with giving reference to her own home & its layout and colours, etc. I'm sure by the time our closing date of April, 2004 comes around, I will have another letter with nothing but good comments in reference to Mirna. I just thought I would send this letter to applaud Mirna and her personal touch as a Sales Representative.

Attention: Previn Court Home Builders

I would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere thanks and gratitude to all of the people involved with Previn Court Homes. This letter makes its way to your office a little bit late, however the appreciation and happiness needs to be said.

My fiancée and myself have purchased a town home that is to close in the end of March. We are thoroughly impressed with the attention and professional manner in which we have been dealt with. A few weeks ago we noticed something that we were not aware of. The upgraded ensuite tub did not have a showerhead roughed in. With further investigation we found that there had been a miscommunication and our ensuite would not have a shower in it. This was rather upsetting for us. We then took our concern to Mirna who promptly took care of the situation and went to the builder on our behalf. And when Mirna got back to us just a couple of days later she said that the builder would put in the shower with no extra cost to us and we would be able to keep the upgraded tub.

Although this situation may seem like a little things, it is the little things and the attention that we received that makes us compelled to write this letter of thanks. It's the little things that make Previn Court Home Builders stand heads and shoulders above everyone else.

Thank you so much for attention to detail, the care for your homeowners, and the professional manner you possess in dealing with all situations.

Dear Diego:

After a busy enjoyable summer, Tracy and I would to take this opportunity to thank you, and everyone involved in the construction of our new homes this year.

From the pouring of the foundation, to the carpet, we were impressed to see quality materials used in the building process. The quality of our house is also reflected in your fine selection of suppliers.

There are many features in our new home that we really appreciate. A sloped garage floor (to prevent water puddles), garage windows that are textured so it doesn’t allow an inside view, and a fresh air (HRV) system are just a few many examples.

Most of all, it was pleasure doing a business with you. Your flexibility to meet our request was outstanding! Any concerns or questions we had were handled in a courteous, timely manner. The final inspection of our house with you was also a pleasure.

Special thanks go to Claudio and Nisio for the coordination of our house construction, and especially for having it finished on time!

We would also like to thank your family, for answering all our questions when you weren’t available, Kevin Bodiam for handling any minor repairs, Hank Williams for our grading/soil requirements, and Willie and Jerry for all of their hard work.
